1. All members must maintain the virtues of honesty and integrity.
2. All members must incorporate the RMATA curriculum into their training and pursue rank.
3. All members must host or attend at least one seminar or training session per year with a RMATA
instructor.
4. All members must regularly engage in sparring and grappling against fully resisting opponents in
their training.
5. All able bodied members must participate in any form of combat sport at least once per year (NHB,
