Coming to train for private lesson or a seminar? Training takes place in the Student Recreation Center on
the Southern Illinois University Carbondale IL campus. The phone # there is 618 - 536 - 5531, just in case you

Before you come make sure you've contacted Vince so someone can escort you in the rec center.
If your flying in, you have a few choices. The closest airport is Southern Illinois Airport, here in Carbondale.

Another very close airport is Williamson County Airport, which is in Marion IL. It is a 15 minute drive to
Carbondale. The Williamson County Airport Website is; www.wilcoairport.com
You can also fly into St Louis International Airport, which is a 2 1/2 hour drive to Carbondale. From there you
can drive (they have car rentals) or fly into one of the above closer airports.

-If your coming from St. Louis, take I-64 East to I-57 South.
-If your coming from Chicago, take I-57 South all the way to Carbondale.
You will need the following detailed directions to find the SIUC Recreation Center.
1. From I-57 take the Carbondale exit, which will lead you onto Route 13 West.
2. Take Route 13 West for about 20 Miles into Carbondale.
3. Then turn left onto U.S. Route 51 going south in Carbondale (if your coming from Murphysboro or S IL
Airport then it will be a right turn for you).
4. After that make another left onto Grand Avenue.
5. The Student Recreation Center will be on your left off of Grand Avenue.
